The horse facilities have been laid out by professional horse trainer Bruce Barber and designed to make working out of these facilities efficient and simple.  The facility has been built out so there are two independent large tack rooms and tie areas with a third tie area for guests or the horse shoer/veterinarian etc.  200 or more trees have been planted and provide shade and beauty usually about 9 - 10 months out of the year.  The large riding track has a clay base that was brought in and rolled with a fine sand topsoil perfect for reining maneuvers and slid stops.  There is a 50 foot round pen and a 120 foot cow pen with a tree covered observation deck.  There are 5 pasture turn outs with waterers and feeders, two front pastures with irrigation and grass planted.

The 120 foot cowpen has excellent ground and two separate holding pens for the working cows on opposite sides.  Working with cattle in these facilities is a breeze with the cows pastures behind the 120 to easily bring the cattle up to work.

The whole facility is built in oilfield pipe which gives it a beautiful rustic appearance and will last indefinitely.  The stalls are separated with stud wire which we have found most horses are very contented in this open airy environment.  All stalls have lights on timers, waterers and feeders.  The pastures are built in oilfield pipe and cable with the two front pastures irrigated and planted with special mixture grasses.  Shade trees are planted thoughout the facility.   Round pen and cow pen are also in oilfield pipe with rubber matted siding.
